Astra Asigurari to sponsor Otelul Galati football team

Astra Asigurari, the largest Romanian insurance company on the market, signed a partnership agreement with Otelul Galati Sports Club for a EUR 10 million investment over the next five years.

According to the sponsorship agreement, the Astra Asigurari name will be displayed on Galati team’s stadium, on the team’s website and publications. The sponsor name will also be printed on T-shirts and Otelul Galati players will advertise the brand in all their public appearances. In exchange, Astra Asigurari will provide the Club with financial support.

TNG – The Nova Group, that also holds Astra Asigurari, took over Otelul Galati club two weeks ago (on September 14th 2012).
