Astra Asigurari will appoint Iulius Alin Bucsa as chairman of the board. Alexander Adamescu will return to the company’s Supervisory Board.
Iulius Alin Bucsa will join the Astra Asigurari team as chairman of the board, subject to the regulatory approval of the Insurance Supervisory Commission (CSA).
Iulius Alin Bucsa, 39, acted as general manager - CEO of Euroins Romania (for the past three years) and held management positions in Asirom and BCR Asigurari. He graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies and has a master degree in international trading.
