The manufacturer's third party civil liability insurance
The product is intended to cover the damages the Insured may cause to third parties by the manufacture or trading of faulty products. The amounts the Insured is bound to pay as reparation for damages generated due to third party liability for bodily injury, illness or death are covered, as well as for trial expenses incurred by the Insured in the civil trial, on the insured event, if it was bound to reparation.
If the Insured concludes both a general civil liability insurance and a manufacturer’s civil liability insurance, a 30% discount will be granted for the premium of the general civil liability insurance.
