The professional civil liability insurance of the management

The term “manager” includes the person who, irrespective of the title given to it in the documents of the company it represents, is selected or appointed as

executive manager, or
in the executive management, or is a member of the management bodies (board of directors, directorate, supervisory board, etc.) or
is the chief of an organizational/operational structure.

Compensation is granted for damages to any person, if such damages:

are financial losses;
are generated due to the violation of the provisions of the management contract concluded by the Insured with the company it represents;
