Civil liability of the transporter as carrier - in internal traffic (CMR)
The insurer covers the liability of the transporter as carrier, for damages generated to goods transported by vehicles, under the conditions of the Romanian law governing internal road traffic of goods.
The damages incurred by the authorized Romanian road carrier insured are covered, due to the total or partial loss of goods on board the means of transportation, due to the performance of any transport of goods on roads.
The insurance is applied when the location where the goods are loaded and the location stipulated for the release of the goods are located within the Romanian borders.
