Insurance on the settlement of repatriation expenses and/or of amounts incurred by tourists, for the insolvability or bankruptcy of the tourism agency (ANAT)

The coverage of the risk of failure to pay the debt the tourism agency has to the tourist (the beneficiary of the insurance), within the meaning of the tourist service pack trading contract concluded with it, in case of the insolvability or bankruptcy of the tourism agency.
