Civil liability insurance of the general service provider
The insurance applies to natural/legal persons who are authorized to provide repair, installation, mounting, maintenance, set-up, remedy, reconditioning, cleaning, sanitation, waste removal, etc. services on buildings, constructions, equipment and plants, etc. at the clients’ headquarters/domicile;
Compensation will be granted for:
- bodily injury or death of a person, the beneficiary of the service or a third party,
- the loss, damage or destruction of assets held by the beneficiary of the services or a third party, occurring due to the improper provision of the service contracted by the Insured or its agents.
