The civil liability insurance of the company specialized in security, monitoring and intervention services
The insurance applies to trade companies that are authorized to perform the following activities:
- the protection of assets and persons;
- security services and the supervision of real estate, assets and values;
- the installation, mounting and maintenance of security systems (signaling and alarming) for fire and break-in;
- for monitoring by the internal dispatch unit.
Compensation is provided for damage caused by the Insured to its client (natural person or legal person), with whom it has concluded a valid service agreement, due to actions or deeds carried out due to its fault, by which it becomes liable within the meaning of the legal provisions, of the articles of association and the organization and operation regulation and the contract concluded with its client.
