Third party general civil liability insurance
The policy covers criminal civil liability, in accordance with the civil norms, falling with the Insured for material damages generated to third parties by exercising the specific activities declared to be performed at the location appointed in the policy.
The amounts required to cover the material damages generated unintentionally by the Insured by:
- bodily injury resulting in temporary work incapacity, disability or death;
- the damage or destruction of an asset or the injury of an animal.
