The employer's civil liability insurance towards its employees
This policy includes the following:
- damages caused due to the fault of the insured company to the employees, by bodily injuries and/or damages to goods held by them;
- damages generated due to the loss, destruction or damage of the original documents submitted at the Insured’s headquarters;
- the amounts spent by the Insured for re-establishment, recovery or replacement of the abovementioned documents.
