Professional civil liability insurance of civil engineers
The insurance may be concluded by architects and engineers, as civil engineers.
The Policy covers the Insured’s liability for damages generated to its clients, in exercising its profession, in relation with the contract concluded between the Insured and the respective client. The covered damages must result from:
- the engineering activity and/or
- activities related to the insured project (if any).
