I have been working as an insurance agent for ASTRA since I was 24 years old, when I graduated from university.
After one year and several months, in November 2001, I became an insurance inspector, and I was promoted to agency manager in November 1st, 2006.
I graduated from the Faculty of Economic Science in Craiova in 1999. I like my job, as it is both a challenge and a fulfillment. This is probably why my results are special.
My characteristics include reliability, ambition, as well as professionalism. As I like this job, to me, ASTRA is my home away from home. I like to think of the current Romanian insurance market as a game of chess with parts that are waiting to be moved at the right time by valuable players.
As a manager, I believe that the skills of communication, professional motivation and development are essential to the people you lead. Irrespective of how much you may have read, experience always has the final say as a manager! You are a manager when those around you can learn something from you: patience, trust, help or the power to discover success right after you experience a defeat!
