Marian Vasilescu, Muntenia Area Manager
In 1993, Mr. Marian Vasilescu began his career in insurance, in ASTRA - Craiova Branch, as an insurance inspector.
Marian took over the management of the Craiova branch in 1994. His promotion as Muntenia Area Manager in 2006 came naturally, in recognition of his success.
Marian is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Studies - Management section - University of Craiova, he has a Master’s Degree in “Business Management and Communication” - S.N.S.P.A. (National School of Political and Administrative Studies) of Bucharest and in 1991 he obtained a French scholarship, after participating in a competition, for the performance of a management training internship – La Rochelle – France.
Marian Vasilescu benefits from over 22 years of experience in management and he is one of the corner stones of the Romanian Astra Asigurari company.
