An insurance agent while still a student of the Faculty of Food Industry Technology, I became employed as an insurance inspector in Unita in 2005, and one year later I became agency manager, and after yet another year, I became branch manager.
In 2009 I held the same position, however I changed companies, and I joined SMB Astra as deputy manager, where, due to the company’s promotion policy, in less than a year I took yet another important step in my career: SMB manager.
A current master’s student in insurance, I believe I still have many steps left to take in my chosen career.
I personally believe that the success I have registered during all these years was constantly based on two solid elements: fairness towards our collaborators and mutual trust.
