All the experience I have gathered in my 12 years of working in the insurance field is the force that constantly motivates me to have success together with my team.
I am certain that each professional step of my life has lead to something that is now helping me come up with solutions. Since I was a damage inspector, as a sales inspector I promoted the financial protection of my customers and, not lastly, I have recruited and trained agents, inspectors and agency managers, whom I now believe are working in the direction I have given them. However, my recognition comes from the success of my team and the gratitude of my customers and business partners.
