1999 – is the year I began my career in insurance, as a damage inspector. After only one year, I have been responsible for management as a branch manager. Of course I have developed my negotiation and management skills, both by solving the challenges I was faced with during each year, and by participating and knowing validated success techniques, within various specialized classes.
Perhaps the CODECS Certificate in Management gave me the opportunity to establish my own management strategy, that has lead me to significant results in sales, in an area that was deemed to have “no economic potential”.
I like to think of myself as a proactive person, with skills acquired by performing all the training stages of a valuable representative of the insurance industry.
My scope is that the team I have established and coordinated constantly show proper respect to our clients, the clients of the strongest brand in Romania. The solution is to provide the market with the best financial protection solutions. This is how we have become leaders and this is also how we will maintain this position!
