As we try to constantly meet your needs, ASTRA Asigurări provides you with a new optional insurance product created to supplement the coverage provided by the PAD mandatory home insurance policy and to offer you the option of selecting the insured values.

The covered risks are: fire, lighting strike, explosion, falling objects, atmospheric phenomena, collision between vehicles, weight of the snow layer, avalanche, pipe water, theft, as well as against catastrophic risks that are also covered by the mandatory home insurance policy: earthquake, land slides and flood, only for values exceeding the limits stipulated by law, in accordance with the type of home you own.

You also have the option of selecting the insured amount of the building or of the apartment which you inhabit, according to the actual value thereof, and you have an automated insurance of your home contents as well, equal to 10% of the building value.

This optional product is different from other optional insurance products due to three major advantages:

• prompt issuing, without the requirement to deal with the bureaucracy of paper work, as your data is automatically copied in the system when you conclude the PAD policy;
• impartiality, considering the fact that the issuance is electronic, as the insurance policy is issued on the spot;
• the offered price, which is excellent!

The option of buying the optional insurance product “PAD Complet” may only be exercised on the conclusion of the PAD policy!
